About Anne

I’m a developmental coach and consultant who has devoted a good deal of energy to her own development including, in 2017, reinventing a career that had for a long time answered a call that wasn’t mine. Today I answer my own call on my terms, informed by my values, interests, and strengths, the nexus of which tends to be… you.

Your passions, your work, your patterns, stumbles, and stamina.

As not only a systems leader across industries and functions (public sector, academia, retail; change management, strategic planning, training and organizational development) but also a mother, athlete, and lifelong relationship builder, I’ve developed a personal ethos around navigating complexity while staying true to myself. Professionally, when I realized I was spending more time thinking about the impact of individual and systems behavior on the work than about the work itself, I built a more meaningful career from scratch.

Today, alongside a toolbox of theoretical frameworks and practiced business sensibilities, I use powerful and challenging questions to compel clients into forward motion on their own terms, informed by their own values, interests, and strengths.

When I’m not asking questions, I’m working on influencing my kids’ musical preferences, podcasting (as a listener), playing tennis (as a beginner), and generally practicing the humble resilience required for a life fully lived.
